EDGE Rewind: Charlie Puth Burns Up Twitter with New Thirst Traps

Charlie Puth has a reputation for his thirsty social media posts and he lived up to that rep with a pair of sizzling snaps he posted this week.
First came a Sept. 6 tweet featuring "an intimate selfie where all he's wearing is underwear and a headband," Uproxx reported. "It's quite revealing, and immediately went very viral, as he probably expected."
He followed up the smoking selfie the next day with a stunning shot of himself on a swing, his bare backside to the lens, in a post reminding fans of the upcoming start of his new tour.
"What rhymes with Four??" Puth teased. "Find out friday lol"
The post had the effect of "prompting followers to assume he is announcing a tour in conjunction with the release of his forthcoming album, 'Charlie,'" Page Six reported.
Uproxx noted that Puth "has been previewing his new album 'Charlie' with emotional singles like 'Light Switch' and 'Smells Like Me.' Along with being a pop phenomenon, last year he was one of the most-viewed musician accounts on TikTok."
Puth, 30, recently addressed his often-steamy social media presence. In a chat with Bustle, the pop star owned his erotically charged posts, saying, "I'm really horny. I think to be a creative, you have to be..."
And Puth is nothing if not creative.
