The 39th annual New York City's Village Halloween Parade, the nation's most wildly creative public participatory event in the greatest city in the world,couldn't have been more exciting. Hundreds and hundreds of people both taking part in the actual parade or literally piling up on the sidewalks were left in awe by amazing costumes and group choreographies.
