Kevin Mark Kline READ TIME: 1 MIN.
For the past two decades, Girl Bar Dinah Shore Week has grown to become the Greatest Women's Week on Earth. The 20th Anniversary celebration unfolds March 31-April 4, 2010.
A thirty million dollar building and grounds make-over at the newly remodeled Wyndham Palm Springs host hotel coincides with the party week of a lifetime, where it is "All Girl Bar - All the Time!"
To commemorate the 20 year history, FenceSitter Films will be on hand to document this historic week for the feature length documentary "Girls Just Want to Have Fun."
Scheduled for the festival circuit in the fall of 2010, the film chronicles the incredible twenty years of the Girl Bar Dinah Shore, from its humble beginnings, to the world-wide phenomenon it is today.
The 20th Anniversary line-up will also include a special Friday night benefit event for the Human Rights Campaign Fund, featuring an internationally acclaimed comedian.
Held at the newly remodeled Wyndham, 100 percent of this special event's net proceeds will go directly to HRC.
"Our 20th Anniversary event will be truly unforgettable," said co-producer Sandy Sachs, adding, "And this year, in the City that plays host to the annual Palm Springs International Film Festival, we have an award-winning documentary crew bringing a bit of Hollywood on-site, chronicling the event's legacy."
Co-producer Dr. Robin Gans adds, "We're once again offering two different VIP packages, one at Hotel Zoso and one at the Wyndham and each feature its own style of VIP and Premier experience."
Adding, "Remember if doesn't say Girl Bar - it isn't!"
