NEW YORK, NY - Borghese, the venerable Italian beauty and spa brand, is making more than skin glow this fall with the introduction of their first-ever candle offering, the Borghese Gardens Tuscan Home Candle Collection. The enticing three-scent set made from beeswax and all-natural ingredients is inspired by the lush Tuscan countryside, and includes an earthy and rich Tuscan Herbs, sweet and vibrant Clementine, and fresh and soothing Lavender. Colored with natural minerals, the six ounce candles are hand-poured into imported Italian glass jars that accent any dcor.
"We are thrilled to be introducing our first candles. Just like our spa and beauty products, Borghese candles are refreshing, rebalancing, and restorative," said Neil Petrocelli, Vice President, Borghese. "The scents are uniquely Tuscan and complement one another so well. Pretty to look at and with just the right amount of fragrance, the candles add to the idea of 'home wellness,' helping bring balance and enjoyment to your favorite rooms."
Borghese candles are handmade in the U.S. with only the purest plant aromas, essential oils, and natural beeswax, which creates a warmer glow and a longer burn. Beeswax is also the only fuel that produces negative ions, which remove air born pollution and allergens in the form of positive ions. This balance produces cleaner air and a more tranquil environment in the home.
To help create the perfect candle, Borghese turned to Aroma Naturals, a California-based, family-owned candle manufacturer with a specialty in gathering the purest, most natural ingredients and waxes from around the world.
"We worked with Borghese to craft candles that not only look and smell great, but also offer mood-enhancing aromatherapy benefits to bring well-being to body and mind," said Jeffrey Light, President, Aroma Naturals. "More than just extraordinarily fragrant, the essential oils at the heart of every Borghese candle were specially chosen because they trigger parts of our brains where moods are stimulated, helping to create feelings of calmness and relaxation."
Borghese Gardens Tuscan Home Candle Collection retails for $39, and is available online at www.borghese.com and at Bloomingdale's and Lord & Taylor nationwide.
