New Year's Day Cocktails from New York City

It's New Year's Day - and you're still looking for a party? How about creating your own with a couple winter-themed cocktails from the Bryant Park Hotel in NYC.
These colorful concoctions are certain to get your New Year off to a glittering start.
Purple Snowflake Martini
1 1/2 oz of 44th Degree North (Huckleberry Vodka)
1/2 oz of Cointreau
1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
3 fresh blackberries
1 fresh squeeze of lemon juice
Coconut flakes
Pour all ingredients into shaker except the coconut flakes.
Shake the concoction vigorously!
Pour the mixture into a Martini glass and top with coconut flakes.

Silver Fireworks
2 oz of Absolut Vanilla
1 oz of Midori
1 oz of Pineapple
1 fresh squeeze of Lemon
Sambucca Dash
Shake all ingredients except Sambucca, then strain into martini glass.
Flame the Sambucca into a dfferent glass and pour it over the concoction and garnish with silver flake.
