Rocky Mountaineer to Increase Popular SilverLeaf Service in 2012

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - Award-winning Rocky Mountaineer announced that after the successful introduction of its new SilverLeaf Service during the 2011 season, it will include SilverLeaf Service departures on all its First Passage to the West itineraries between Vancouver, BC and Banff/Calgary, Alberta in 2012.

The new service innovation was introduced in 2011 as part of Rocky Mountaineer's commitment to keep its product best-in-class and to provide its guests with more premier travel options.

Guests traveling on SilverLeaf will have the option to upgrade from RedLeaf Service and experience a unique journey through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, including the Canadian Rocky Mountains, a recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site. The single-level dome coach boasts panoramic views that offer a larger viewing area than RedLeaf Service. Hot meal service to guests' seats, additional Onboard Attendants and luggage delivery to guests' Kamloops accommodations make this an experience to remember.

Rocky Mountaineer offers 45 unique Canadian vacation packages and four distinctive rail routes, rich in history and natural wonders, through British Columbia and Alberta.
