NEW YORK, NY - Dare to flirt. This summer, the Austrian Tourist Office dares you to succumb to dirndl temptation.
This summer, the Austrian Tourist Office is bringing the dirndl to New York and would like to invite you to be part of it.
The Austrian Tourist Office is looking for outgoing and fun women (and some of their male friends) to join them in this summer's Austria Dirndl Temptation in New York City. You should have a love and passion for Austria and would like to spread the word about Austria, a unique and exciting country.
If you know what a Dirndl is, and you would like to wear it, then it's very likely that the Austrian Tourist Office is looking for you.
The Austria Dirndl Temptation is a fun summer-long promotion in New York, with a series of group outings and events in the city. All Dirndl Ambassadors have to commit to join the Austrian Tourist Office at a minimum of five outings and agree to be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes.
All Ambassadors will be asked to actively participate in the promotion via social media. A final, and fun, casting event will be held in New York City on June 10.
And yes, the Austrian Tourist Office will outfit you with a lovely new Dirndl that is yours to keep.
For men who would like to join the fun, the Austrian Tourism Board has some cool lederhosen shorts available to join the fun.
