Frog Meadow Farm Hosts Garden Party AIDS Fundraiser

Newfane, VT - Frog Meadown Farm B&B and Massage Oasis for Men once again hosts the annual barbecue and garden party fundraiser on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 3 to 8pm.

All proceeds benefit the AIDS Project of Southern Vermont's Men's Program which provides prevention services as well as direct services to those whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS.

An important part of the local community for many years, The Men's program has recently suffered a major setback following the elimination of its funding due to policy changes at the federal level. Grass roots efforts and private donations are being implemented to sustain the program that is vital to the lives of so many. As a result this year'sfundraiser is more important than ever.

This much anticipated event of the summer season is expected to draw close to twon hundred men from the region and the neighboring cities. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the lovely and secluded natural environment of Frog Meadow Farm's 63 private acres, including the beautiful gardens, hiking trails and swimming pond (pack a towel!).

There will be croquet, bocci, and other lawn games to enjoy. In addition, raffle tickets will be available the day of the event for all kinds of goodies. A suggested $35 donation includes a valuable door prize drawing and provides access to the grounds and a full barbecue meal (vegetarian option available).

For those unable to attend, donations are very much appreciated. As Frog Meadow Farm does not have a liquor license, no alcohol will be provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice.
