Annapolis, Md., police are warning residents about a string of indecent exposure cases that may be related. The incidents have occurred over the past three months; two cases were reported in March, two in April and two in May, Eye on Annapolis reports.

The first case was reported on March 3, when a woman told authorities she heard tapping on the glass door of her apartment. She looked out and allegedly saw a man touching his exposed penis.

Police said the same woman reported two more similar incidents. The authorities also say similar incidents occurred on March 11 and May 17.

Police believe the suspect in each case may be the same person, who has been described as a light-skinned African American man, between 5-feet 10-inches and 6-feet tall. He's thin and usually has his face covered.

The website notes that the suspect does not leave when the women see him but flees when they call police.
