Ke$ha Takes on the Westboro Baptist Church

Leave it to Ke$ha to have one of the most outlandish responses to a Westboro Baptist Church protest to date.

According to Huffington Post, once the pop star got wind that the vehemently anti-gay church, best known for their phrase "God hates fags," was holding a protest outside her concert in Lincoln, Neb., she sent three of her backup dancers to counter the protest.

Three men wearing tank tops busted a move in front of the WBC protest where members of the church were singing the lyrics to their anti-gay parody of Ke$ha's "We R Who We R," called "God Hates Who U R."

"Your hearts are turning hard, hard hard hard hard hard / God meant this world as ours ours ours ours ours / He'll tear it all apart / You think you're superstars / GOD HATES WHO U R!" the group sang as the men fiercely twirled in front of them.

As HuffPo reports, the protestors, who were holding anti-gay and anti-Obama signs, didn't know how to react to the backup dancers as they sort of moved back and forth -- kind of like zombies.

With this stunt, Ke$ha is putting a meaning to her single, "Crazy Kids."

In January, the "C'Mon" hit maker came out as bisexual.

"I don't love just men. I love people," she said. "It's not about a gender. It's just about the spirit that exudes from that other person you're with."
