The Lowdown on Uptown: Opps for Women On and Off Broadway

On Dec. 2, join a crowd of seasoned theatre professionals and their colleagues for the League of Professional Theatre Women's Quarterly Networking Monday meeting, "The Lowdown on Uptown: Opportunities for Women On and Off Broadway."
The League encourages members to bring a friend along for social networking during this informative panel discussion, featuring Jane Dubin, producer of Double Play Connections, LLC, who staged "Ann" at Lincoln Center. Joining her are Lighting Designer Peggy Eisenhauer and Calleri Casting Director Erica Jensen, CSA.
Other panelists include Signature Theatre Company's Executive Director, Erika Mallin, actress/writer/producer Angelica Page, Roundabout Theatre Company Literary Manager Jill Rafson, and Theatre Director Giovanna Sardelli.
The panel will be moderated by Richarda Abrams, Romy Nordlinger and Dorothy Leeds. The LPTW Networking Committee includes Co-Chairs Abrams and Nordlinger, with Ivy Austin, Jill Du Boff, Victoria Hale, Dorothy Leeds, Wendy Peace, Frances McGarry, June Rachelson-Ospa, and Rachel Sussman.
The League of Professional Theatre Women is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that presents numerous events each year as part of its mission to promote visibility and increase opportunities for women in the field. None of its work is possible without generous philanthropic support. The League recently celebrated its thirtieth anniversary, and boasts a membership of nearly 500 women theatre professionals in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. League members are actors, administrators, agents, arrangers, casting directors, choreographers, company managers, composers, critics, designers, directors, dramaturges, dramatists, educators, general managers, historians, journalists, librettists, lyricists, press agents, playwrights, producers, stage managers and theatre technicians.
