Tom Ford Marries Partner of 27 Years

Fashion designer Tom Ford married his longtime partner Richard Buckley, Ford revealed Monday, Vogue reports.
Ford, 52, made the announcement while having a conversation with Kinvara Balfour at Apple's Regent Street store in London.
"I lost so many friends in college - I would say more than half of my closest friends. Richard, my partner of 27 years, had also gone through something also quite tough in his life. We are now married which is nice," Ford said. "I know that was just made legal in the UK which is great; we were married in the States."
The men met in the 1980s at a fashion show and Ford says he was instantly attracted to Buckley, now 65.
"I went to a fashion show and this silver-haired guy was staring at me with these piercing water-blue eyes," he told Women's Wear Daily. "It scared me because I absolutely saw and knew my entire future."
According to the British newspaper the Telegraph, the couple, who reside in London, welcomed their first child, Alexander "Jack" John Buckley Ford, in 2012.
British GQ reports Ford said on Monday:
"I used to spend most of my time at home naked, but now we have a child it means we have a nanny and so I can't come downstairs naked and have a bowl of cereal in the morning. Before I had a child I literally took off all my clothes the minute I walked in the door."
