While you can't wave a magic wand and make your New Year's Resolutions come true, there are resources available to fulfill your promise to transform your health, energy and body.
Ideal Protein, recently cited as one of the top diets by Diets in Review and Shape Magazine, has launched new tools for dieters to help them achieve their New Year's weight loss and health resolutions: www.lowfatlowcarb.com and the expansion of the MyIdealProtein portal, which logged more than 10 million minutes by dieters during its first year.
Driven by his passion for good food and good health, chef Daniel Verati has teamed with Ideal Protein, the weight loss program he credits for his own 100 pound weight loss, to launch the new website, which is loaded with free web-based tools and recipes to promote and support healthy eating.
LowFatLowCarb.com is a website dedicated to healthier recipes and cooking tips. Every recipe contains a minimum of two cups of vegetables and five to eight ounces of protein. These are all basic recipes that you can modify according to your meal plan or daily diet. All recipes have been created by chef Verati and were designed to be as fast, healthy and simple as possible.
In addition to low fat, low carb recipes that are perfect for Ideal Protein dieters, the site offers cooking tips and tricks, a toolbox with BMI, calorie, and calcium calculators, and even a contest to win a meal for four, prepared and cooked by chef Verati, in the winner's own home.
