The hit Netflix show "Orange Is The New Black" drops its third season for streaming on June 12, and in preparation, are getting viewers up to speed with a creative new trailer.
Entertainment Weekly reports that the trailer looks back at the first two seasons of the hit show, which has already been renewed for a fourth season. They'll also get a sneak peek at Season 3.
What can you expect for the inmates of Litchfield? Well, no Larry, for starters. And readers are saying there will be a lot of action, including some naked catfights in the showers. Meow!
The New York Daily News reports that sheltered yuppie convict Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) is still serving her 15-month stint for serving as a drug mule for her ex-girlfriend Alex Vause (Laura Prepon), who was paroled after cutting a deal with prosecutors in Season 2, but finds herself back behind bars in Season 3.
The trailer also updates us on prison cook Red, who was recovering at the end of Season 2, after a serious beat down by rival Vee (Lorraine Toussaint), who got run over by a stolen prison van in an act of instant karma few can bemoan.
Chapman commiserates with her fellow inmates about life in the joint, saying, "People think all we do is have lesbian sex and strip searches and naked cat fights in the shower," she says. "We also do other things."
Ummm... that's okay. The naked cat fights in the shower is reason enough to tune in. Catch all 14 new episodes streaming on Netflix on June 12.
