"Grool" news everyone: If you've got $14.8 laying around you can buy the mansion featured in the 2004, still quotable film, "Mean Girls." How fetch! Sorry, we should know by now we can't make "fetch" happen.

According to the Huffington Post, Sotheby's listed Regina George's 20,000-square-foot Toronto home, which has an entertainment room, wine cellar and a six-car garage. It's located in the well-to-do Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto and has 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It also features a master bedroom with a private sitting room, a fireplace and a dressing room.

"Symmetry is the name of the game with this house; from the main staircase to the garden path out back, the house affords many perfectly symmetrical, eye-catching views," HuffPo writes.

In the cult film "Mean Girls," the house belonged to the baddest mean girl of them all, and queen-bee, Regina George (Rachel McAdams), her dancing sister and her sassy cool mom, played by Amy Poehler. As HuffPost points out, the house's big scene was when Regina brings over new friend Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan).

"Wow, your house is really nice," Cady said.

"I know, right?" Regina confidently replies.

The house was also used for a Martha Stewart cooking show and William Shatner filmed a commercial in the front foyer, according to Post City Toronto.
