Details on Lea DeLaria Wedding Emerge, Sandra Bernhard to Perform Ceremony

"Orange is the New Black" star Lea DeLaria's upcoming wedding to fianc�e Chelsea Fairless promises to be quite the start-studded affair. Not only is Big Boo scheduling the nuptials for summer or fall of 2016 to accommodate her "OITNB" castmates, but she's also secured the services of longtime buddy Sandra Bernhard to officiate the service, Page Six reports.

"Sandra Bernhard is going to marry us because she's a really good pal," Lea told the New York Post. "It's going to be in New York, but we're still trying to find the spot!"

In February, EDGE reported that DeLaria announced her engagement to Fairless via Facebook post, leaving fans of the butch bachelorette heartbroken.

"Despite their concerns about the patriarchal confines of marriage, actor/singer Lea DeLaria & editrix Chelsea Fairless of Brooklyn, New York are pleased to announce their engagement. No date has been set for the impending nuptials but it's safe to say that it will be the event of the season, or a total shit show," she wrote on her Facebook page.

Although the happy couple has yet to announce a date for their wedding, DeLaria gave Page Six a preview of what guests can expect from her big day.

"We're going to do a night wedding and we're going to go right to the dancing," she said. "We're not doing a sit-down dinner. We'll have Mexican trucks .?.?. stuff like that."
