'RuPaul's Drag Race' Judge Comes Under Fire After Tweeting Support for Trump

He fucked it up.

Lucian Paine, a longtime guest judge and music producer on "RuPaul's Drag Race," is being dragged on Twitter after writing that he supports GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump and that LGBQ issues are not important in this presidential election, Mic.com reports.

On Monday night, Paine said voters don't understand "how corrupt our country truly is" and that he will not be voting for Hillary Clinton this November.

Mic.com reports MTV News writer Ira Madison then posted screen shots of Paine's Facebook statuses, where the "Drag Race" judge praised Trump.

"Y'all are so brainwashed to think that saying politically correct things makes a good president," Piane reportedly wrote. "I happen to think political correctness is mind control and oppression of the freedom of speech. I'd rather trust a loud-mouthed buffoon over some politically contrived and politically correct corporate servant."

"Sure, I disagree with at least half of what Trump says but at least he says it!" he added.

Taking to Twitter, Lucian made it clear he isn't voting for Trump but that "I just trust him more than her." On Tuesday afternoon, Paine tweeted he's still unsure if he will vote for the billionaire businessman, adding he likes Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein.

Paine responded to a Twitter user who said they don't understand how he "can be on a show that has so many LGBT people and not want to help stop anti LGBT Trump/Pence."

Paine's responded:

Laganja Estranja, a former "Drag Race" contestant, spoke to Mic.com about Paine's comment, saying she is "heartbroken."

"A protest vote against Hillary or a vote for a third party is a vote for Trump. This election is not the time for a protest vote," she added.

Of course, Twitter users were quick to lash out against Paine, using RuPaul .gifs against the producer.

Mic.com notes Paine previously supported Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders and mocked Trump back in February.
