Corona The Lightest Sunset
Ingredients:
12 oz. Corona Light�
1.5 oz. Casa Noble Crystal Tequila�
2 oz. orange juice
1 oz. grenadine
Orange wheel
Method: Combine Casa Noble and orange juice in a glass with ice. Pour grenadine down inside wall of the glass (don't stir). Fill with Corona Light. Garnish with orange wheel.
Cruzan� Bay Breeze
Ingredients:
1 part Cruzan� Aged Light Rum
1/2 part Pineapple Juice
1/2 part Cranberry Juice
Pineapple Slice
Strawberries
Method: Pour Cruzan over ice in a rocks or tall drink glass. Fill with pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and strawberry.
Auchentoshan� Berry White
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Auchentoshan� American Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky
0.25 part fresh lemon juice
2.5 part Shrub & Co. Strawberry w/ Meyer Lemon Shrub
3.5 parts Belgian witbier (wheat beer)
4 dashes rhubarb bitters
METHOD:
Build drink in tall glass with ice.
Fill remainder with Belgian wheat beer. Garnish with lemon peel.
Chicha Libre

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Patron Silver
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Coconut Cream
.25 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
.5 oz Chicha Syrup*
3 dashes Tajin
. 5 oz Blue Cura�ao
Method:
1. Pour patron, lemon juice, and coconut creams into pilsner glass. Fill half the glass with crushed ice and swizzle. Pack the ice down tightly with the swizzle stick.
2. Pour Chicha syrup, watermelon juice, Tajin, and Campari in a shaker and whip to incorporate.
3. Fill the pilsner glass 3/4 with crushed ice and pack tightly. Pour the mixture around the edge of the ice.
4. Fill pilsner glass to top and mound fresh ice tightly. Pour blue cura�ao around top.
5. Garnish with charred pineapple, watermelon ball, and Tajin
