Elin Hilderbrand Reads at Writers in the Loft Series
READ TIME: 2 MIN.
On Monday, November 13, The Music Hall's Writers in the Loft series will again host bestselling novelist Elin Hilderbrand, visiting to discuss her latest work, "Winter Solstice."
The book is the fourth and final novel in her "Winter Street" series and follows the Quinn family as they prepare to celebrate the holidays under one roof, at Nantucket's Winter Street Inn. With Bart back safe and sound from Afghanistan, the Quinns are preparing for a holiday more joyous than any they've experienced in years... But it just wouldn't be a Quinn family gathering if things went smoothly.
A celebration of everything we love -- and some of the things we endure -- about the holidays, "Winter Solstice" is Elin Hilderbrand at her festive best. The event includes an author presentation and a Q+A moderated by Kait Smith, The Music Hall's Content Marketing Manager, plus a book signing and a meet-and-greet.
Hilderbrand is the mother of three three-sport-athlete children, an aspiring fashionista, a dedicated jogger, a world explorer, an enthusiastic foodie, and a grateful three-year breast cancer survivor. She has called Nantucket Island her home since 1994. "Winter Solstice" is her twentieth novel.
Elin Hilderbrand's 7 p.m. Loft event is SOLD OUT, but all book buyers are invited to a meet-and-greet book signing with the author at 8 p.m. The author will personalize hardcover editions of "Winter Solstice." Post-show vouchers ($26, including book) can be purchased online at TheMusicHall.org, over the phone at 603-436-2400 or in person at the B2W Box Office at the Loft, 131 Congress Street, in downtown Portsmouth.
The event will be held on Monday, November 13, at 7 p.m. at The Music Hall Loft, 131 Congress Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
