Out Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar is linking classic movies from different past generations to one of today's hottest stars and her stylist, saying he'd like to mix Zendaya, "All About Eve," and "The Devil Wears Prada" into one cinematic confection, The Wrap reported.
The outlet detailed that the director of the upcoming film "The Room Next Door" "told Vanity Fair Spain he wants to make a movie inspired by the actress and her stylist, Law Roach."
Saying he had heard that Roach is "almost as much of a diva" as Zendaya herself, Almodóvar reportedly declared, "I'd love to make a film about them, a mix of 'All About Eve' crossed with 'The Devil Wears Prada.'"
The celebrated stylist "has worked with numerous celebrities, including Céline Dion, Ariana Grande, Anya Taylor-Joy and Kerry Washington," The Wrap recalled, "but in 2023, he announced he would be working exclusively with 'Challengers' star Zendaya in lieu of retiring."
"She's my little sister," the outlet recalled Roach saying, "and it's real love, not the fake industry love."
Indeed, Roach and Zendaya have been photographed together at numerous events, including the Met Gala.
