White Lotus' Finale Got These Twins Acting Up–and We're Not Ready

Look out, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Sam Nivola – real-life twin brothers Cooper and Payton Koch are here to steal your thunder! The twins' brother, Walker Koch, posted a pic to his Instagram Story that riffs on the "White Lotus" storyline that had fans of the show all shook up.

Schwarzenegger and Nivola shattered TV convention and solidified the show's streak of jaw-dropping sexual moments with a storyline of fraternal incest (although, as some have pointed out, the brother-sister action featured on "Game of Thrones" didn't create the same sort of seismic shock).

Cooper – best known for his widely praised turn on "Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story," the based-on-true-events Netflix series in which another tale of brotherly bad behavior unspooled – appeared together with his identical twin, Payton, in an image that spoofed the "White Lotus" love connection between big brother Saxon Ratliff (Schwarzenegger) and worshipful little brother Lochlan (Nivola).

"Posting on Instagram on Sunday (6 April), the day the season finale aired in the US, brother Walker Koch posted an image on social media of Cooper and Payton parodying the plot, underneath a cut-out of Thailand, where the show was set," Pink News reported.

The image was captioned "@thewhitelotus THAILAND".

Note: Spoilers ahead for the final episodes of "The White Lotus" Season 3!

In the just-concluded third season of the Mike White-helmed show, the brothers Ratliff "not only kissed but engaged in a three-way romp," Pink News recalled. In that scene, set during a drug-fueled night of revelry aboard a yacht, Saxon makes good on his promise to see that his little brother loses his virginity – but, in a twist (of the wrist), Saxon is the recipient of some erotic attention, too, when Lochlan reaches over to gratify him with a hand job.

Nivola explained the moment as Lochlan wanting to connect with an adored older sibling whose primary interest in life, other than work, is sex – much as Lochlan also strives to share the spiritual interests of his older sister, Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook).

In a season finale moment that shows just how self-aware Lochlan is, in contrast to the rest of his family, the younger brother tells Saxon that he was motivated from a wish to please his brother.

"I just want to give everyone what they want," Lochlan declares, "and I'm in a family full of narcissists."
