Bombay Sapphire and Christian Siriano Unveil New Cocktail Attire In Support of GLAAD

Continuing its partnership with renowned fashion designer Christian Siriano, Bombay Sapphire has announced the launch of a brand-new cocktail-inspired capsule collection. The embodiment of holiday cocktail party attire, the Siriano-helmed ensemble builds on the success of Siriano's Bombay Sapphire French 75-inspired haute couture gown, which was featured in his 15th anniversary show at New York Fashion Week earlier this year.

A press release reads: "As part of Bombay Sapphire's 'Saw This, Made This' campaign, the collection showcases how visual inspiration can be transformed into tangible, one-of-a-kind creations."

The release details that the capsule collection's overall look "embodies Siriano's distinctive aesthetic," and details several of the items that will be part of the collection, including
"a Martini Clutch," a "Bombay Sapphire & Tonic Blouse," and "an Ultimate Collins Blazer.

The capsule reflects Siriano's "blend... of glamour and whimsy and brings "holiday sartorial success to new heights," the release adds.

The release went on to offer tantalizing details of the capsule's various fashion items.

Bombay Sapphire Martini Clutch

A chic, playful clutch inspired by the The clutch echoes "the iconic cocktail," the release notes, incorporating "subtle olive motifs" and making for "an elevated accessory for those seeking a touch of whimsy this holiday season."

Bombay Sapphire & Tonic Blouse

This "shimmering blouse" evokes "the effervescence of the Bombay Gin & Tonic," the release notes, with "pearl-white buttons down the front" of the garment serving as a visual call-out to the drink's fizziness.

Meantime, "white flowers around the collar serve as a stylish accoutrement, whose essence is also captured in the accompanying cocktail ice," the release details.

Bombay Sapphire Ultimate Collins Blazer

Adopting the golden hue of the Bombay Ultimate Collins (as well as the glass it's famously served in), this striking blazer offers "a pop of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE's signature blue color," the release notes.

"We are thrilled by the overwhelming response to the Saw This, Made This campaign since its launch in 2022," the release quoted the Brand Director of Bombay Sapphire North America, Jaime Keller.

"Our invitation encouraged people to recognize the creativity and beauty surrounding" the items in the capsule collection, which Keller declared "stands as a testament to the intersection of creativity and elegance, encapsulating the spirit of this campaign.

"Through innovative design and inspired silhouettes, Siriano seamlessly translates the allure of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE cocktails into the realm of high fashion," Keller went on to add.

Weighing in Siriano himself reflected that, "As a designer, I see fashion as a canvas for storytelling.

"This collaboration with Bombay Sapphire allowed me to weave the narratives of iconic gin cocktails into the very fabric of style," Siriano explained. "Each piece in this capsule collection tells a story of effervescence, sophistication, and celebration – capturing the spirit of Bombay Sapphire in a wearable form."

Added the designer: "It's an exploration of creativity that goes beyond the expected, inviting individuals to infuse their own narratives into the art of fashion."

Sales of the capsule collection will support GLAAD, the release noted, with "All proceeds" going to the "non-profit LGBTQ advocacy organization focused on cultural change to ensure fair, accurate, and inclusive representation to advance LGBTQ acceptance."
